How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–8 business days after processing. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days before shipment.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders, to every location we serve.
Can I return or exchange a product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
