Refund policy

At Sabadon Allure, we take pride in the quality and care of the skincare routines and bundles we offer. Due to the nature of skincare products, we have outlined our return and refund policy below to ensure clarity and fairness.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare products once they have been opened, used, or tampered with.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The item received is defective

  • The wrong item or routine was sent

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@sabadonallure.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part

  • Processing time for refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved, we will arrange a reshipment of the correct item or routine.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items reported outside the stated time frame

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
